Cancellation Policy
We are here to serve you to the best of our capabilities and hope you have a satisfied shopping experience with us.
1. All orders are considered final only after the payment has been completed.
2. Once placed, in case you'd like to cancel your order, please inform us immediately via email/ Instagram dm. In case of any hesitations, feel free to reach us.
3. We understand it is difficult to trust online pages but it is equally difficult for us businesses to trust too. A transaction is a bond of faith that ties us together and we strive constantly and consistently to live upto your expectations.
4. All garments go through a thorough quality check at our end, to minimise any possibility of defects to reach you. In case you still receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we request to immediately inform us with a video proof of the error.
5. We accept returns as long as the garment is in its original condition, with the tags and packaging attached as long as we are informed within 48hours of Delivery. You can visit our 'Contact Us' page and fill out the form with your concerns and we will get back to you.
6. Once your return is approved via email, we'll share our address for you to courier it back. Once we receive it, we'll do a quick quality check and get back to you.
The customer has the option to exchange the product for a different style, color or size. We offer refund only in the form of STORE CREDIT.
Cash refund is offered only in case of manufacturing defects, after inspecting and verifying at our end.
Please note: COD charges are NOT refundable.
7. Nikki.KClothing reserves the right to approve or reject any returns and all decisions shall be final.
8. Pieces that are customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
